Sprint athlete Millie King

A younger athlete has described her willpower to maintain coaching onerous in lockdown after the season was cancelled because of Covid.

Millie King, 16, is at present ranked fourth in the UK in the 200m for Under-17 ladies and is aiming to run for England in the long run.

Instead of her typical membership periods, {the teenager} from Ipswich has been set periods to do indoors at house and outdoors in her native space.

“Training by myself in lockdown has been pretty hard because you’ve got to find the motivation each week to get out and get training especially when the weather’s not too great,” she mentioned.
